HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

ABC Security Access Systems is committed to the prevention of personal injury and accidental loss to its employees and property.
In our endeavor to keep this commitment, it is our intention to provide and maintain a safe work environment for all employees and to comply with the legislative requirements.
In addition, we recognize that workplace violence is an occupational health and safety hazard, and that workplace harassment also can have negative effects on the personal well-being of employees. Violent behaviour or harassment in our workplace from any source (employee, supervisor, customer or stranger) will not be tolerated. The program will support this policy in regards to procedures, reporting and investigation of any incidences.
The objectives of the established Health & Safety Program will only be achieved through the joint co-operation of both management and employees.
The responsibility of management and supervisors involves ensuring that employees work in a manner that complies with the regulations and Program requirements; by establishing safety procedures and a system to monitor the program’s effectiveness, our adherence to the requirements is also reflected in the work arrangements made and in the operation and maintenance of the facilities and equipment.
All employees have a responsibility to themselves and to the company for their safety. Their work conduct will reflect their observance of the established procedures and company operating philosophy.
